Counselling Eastleigh

I offer therapy in person, online or via telephone to young people (10 years & up) and adults. I pull from over 15 years of training and experience to offer a therapeutic environment tailored to the person I am working with.  

I've worked for several years as a therapist, having trained after leaving university in counselling and youth work. I have worked with children, young people and adults & can adapt my working style to the needs of each age group.

I strongly believe in the relationship between client and therapist as well as working hard to ensure that the therapy you receive is according to your needs and the way you feel comfortable working. I can offer a flexible service, offering appointments during the day and evenings. I offer both long and short term therapy.

I have worked extensively with: depression, suicidal ideation, self harm, anxiety, anger, family breakdown, loss and bereavement, fears of the future, stress, bullying, sexuality, gender identity drug and alcohol misuse.

Online therapy

I offer online therapy, using Microsoft Teams. I send through a new link prior to each session. Times and days of the session will be negotiated for best fit for my client.  As with in person, sessions last 50 minutes.
