Kieran | Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Introduction

Hi, I’m Kieran, a BACP Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Wadebridge. I specialise in supporting men and young guys who feel overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated or unsure where their life is heading.

Many of the men I work with struggle with anger, anxiety, low confidence, relationship difficulties or feeling pressure to have life more “sorted” than it is. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out — you just need a space where you can talk openly without judgement.

My approach is calm, grounded and straightforward. I help you make sense of what’s going on underneath the surface, understand yourself better and make real, lasting changes that help you feel more in control of your life.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, anger, low mood, porn or digital addiction, communication problems or simply feeling lost, we work together at your pace to move things forward.

If you’re ready to talk, or even just exploring what support might look like, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Online therapy

I offer online counselling via Zoom for clients across the UK. Online sessions can be just as effective as face‑to‑face and give you the flexibility to access support from home without needing to travel. Many clients appreciate the privacy, comfort and convenience of online therapy, especially when looking for a specialist rather than being limited by location.

I find Kieran easy to talk to

I have been seeing Kieran for many months and though some days have been tough I can honesty say I've felt more comfortable in myself. He has given me a greater understanding of my emotions and continues to guide me and give that little extra strength I need when things get rocky with truths I need to hear.

I find Kieran easy to talk to, putting me in safe place to explore my feelings.

When I think about it I fondly remember the first time I met with Kieran saying "I don't want to talk about my childhood" as I'd been there so many times yet he showed me that was the root from which weeds grow. I also truly believe we could sit down over a pint outside of our chats and put the world's to right especially as we now have a shared interest.
