I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist providing face to face, online and telephone therapy, using an integrative approach. This means I use a variety of approaches including: person-centred; transactional analysis; psychodynamic; gestalt and; cognitive behavioural therapies. I am also a trained drama therapist; we are able to use creative media to explore your difficulties if that interests you.
My therapy room is based in Eggborough, South of Selby in North Yorkshire.
I have an open, gentle and sincere approach and encourage you to work at your own pace. My own personal experiences contribute to my passion for counselling. I understand that sometimes life can seem like fighting a losing battle, but by talking things through I can help you to overcome this.
I have a wealth of experience working with clients across a broad range of issues over several years. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and on all journeys in life.
