Hello. I'm Nicola, an integrative psychotherapist, and I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to explore issues that are troubling you - either current or ones from your past.

I’m an experienced Mental Health Practitioner and EMDR Therapist for NHS Talking Therapies, and also offer private sessions. I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years providing a wide range of social, emotional and psychological interventions.
EMDR is a specialised therapy that can effectively enable recovery from emotional problems, anxiety, depression and trauma. I also use the Flash Technique, which is a gentle approach that can rapidly reduce distress without having to talk through painful experiences

I am an empathic, non-judgemental counsellor using integrative techniques to help you through your issues in order to lead a happier, more fulfilling life. I am predominately person-centred in the way that I let you lead the session whilst using techniques as needed to help you move forward in your life. I believe that every person and issue should be treated on an individual basis and so will I use the therapy techniques that suit you.
