Introduction
Hi, I’m James — a warm, friendly Counsellor passionate about helping people navigate challenges around relationships, anger, anxiety, and more. I know how heavy life can feel at times; I’ve been there myself. You don’t have to face it alone.
I offer a safe, welcoming space where you can talk at your own pace and feel truly heard. Whether you're struggling with relationship breakdowns, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, stress, burnout, or family issues, I’ll walk alongside you with care and compassion as we gently explore what’s holding you back.
Everyone’s story is unique, and I take the time to understand yours. My approach is integrative and person-centred — grounded in trust, kindness and acceptance. I work with adults from all walks of life, offering sessions in-person in Bradford, or online via secure video.
I hold a Distinction in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from Lancaster University and am an Accredited Member of the NCPS and a registered BACP member. I work ethically, with regular supervision, and am fully insured.

Online therapy
I typically offer Online Counselling via my private Counselling Room on Zoom. I'm also open to Phone Counselling and Text Counselling should you prefer.Qualifications and registrations
I hold a Distinction in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Lancaster.I'm also an active member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and an accredited member of the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).

Fees
Initial Session available at a reduced fee of £30 to help you get a feel for how we might work together.Further sessions are 60 minutes for £60 for either in-person or online.
