As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, I take a person-centred approach, which means our work together will be shaped by you — your story, your pace, and your needs. You're the expert in your own life, and my role is to offer support that helps you explore, heal, and grow, without judgement or pressure.
I truly believe in the power of counselling not just because I’ve studied it, but because I’ve experienced it myself. Speaking with a counsellor helped me face things I couldn’t easily share with friends or family. It gave me space to be fully myself. That experience had a profound impact on my life and it’s what inspired me to support others in the same way.
I also remember how confusing it was to take that first step. I didn’t know what support was available or how to access it. That’s why I aim to make your experience simple and stress-free where we can talk about what you’re looking for and how I might help.

I understand how complex and delicate a young person’s world can be, and I work closely to create trust, emotional safety, and real developmental support. My recent qualification enables me to work with parents/carers to help and support their loved ones with many issues and the key focus on breaking the intergenerational transference of trauma. So i work with parents/carers to help and support them in turn to help and support their loved ones.
