Introduction
I offer affordable, accessible counselling for adults who want a calm, confidential space to talk things through at their own pace. I’m a qualified person‑centred counsellor (BA Hons, Level 6) with additional CBT‑informed training, menopause‑aware practice, and experience supporting blended families, men’s mental health, and people navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions.My approach is warm, steady, and grounded. You won’t be judged, rushed, or pushed to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we explore what’s going on for you, what you’re carrying, and what you need in order to feel more supported and in control.
I offer in‑person sessions in a private, discreet Lowestoft therapy room, as well as online and telephone counselling for those who prefer flexibility or cannot attend face‑to‑face. Before we begin, I provide clear information about confidentiality, data protection, and the paperwork required for safe, ethical practice.

Due to my additional training with menopause and mens mental health, I help a lot of couples to navigate the changes in their relationships and initiate positive ways to communicate going forward.I have lived and professional experience in dealing with blended families, creating boundaries with step parents and dealing with divorce, seperation and toxic relationships.
