Daniela | Integrative Humanistic Creative Counsellor
Integrative Humanistic Counselling Lewes
There’s no one reason why people come to therapy. Sometimes it’s a specific life event - a loss, a trauma, a relationship breakdown. Other times, the reasons are harder to put into words: a sense of dissatisfaction, numbness, or feeling as though you’re not quite living the life you want.
You might be asking yourself:
-
“Why do I feel so anxious all the time?”
-
“Why can’t I let go of this sadness?”
-
“Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?”
-
“Is there something wrong with me?”
Whatever brings you here, counselling offers a unique opportunity to stop, breathe, and look inward with the support of someone who is fully present for you - without judgment, agenda, or interruption. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and move toward greater emotional wellbeing, clarity, and connection.
My name is Daniela, and I’m a fully qualified Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, offering a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore what’s going on in your life. Based in Lewes, East Sussex, I provide in-person sessions as well as online counselling, and walk and talk therapy.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from several Humanistic therapeutic models to tailor your sessions in a way that works for you:
- Person-Centred Therapy - supporting self-trust and emotional clarity
- Gestalt Therapy - increasing present awareness and self-connection
- Existential Therapy - exploring identity, freedom, and meaning
- Transactional Analysis - understanding patterns that shape relationships
Sessions may include stillness, grounding, or creative exploration - whatever feels supportive.
I aim to close with a moment to reflect, allowing space to process any insights or intentions that may have emerged - supporting you to carry them forward into your everyday life.
Change begins with a conversation! If you’re curious about working together, I welcome you to get in touch via the send a message - button.
