Hi I'm Kate! I provide a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported as we explore your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to build a trusting and empowering relationship with you, helping you navigate life's challenges and find clarity. With a degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, I tailor sessions to your needs and am passionate about helping you grow. Whatever it is you're facing, I am here to support you on your journey.

At the start of this journey, life can feel very scary, lonely and confusing. With my style of working, I aim to help you feel calm, clear and supported, enabling you to become the person you want to be.
I have a degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am an Accredited Member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), working within their ethical framework. I hold a current enhanced DBS disclosure and have full insurance to practice.
I am passionate about what I do, and undergo continuous professional development, training and learning to better my practice and deliver the best service I possibly can to every client I see. I want you to feel you're getting the most out of every hour we have together, and tailor all sessions to your needs and goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Therapy sessions focus on empathetic listening and creating a safe space for you to discover, explore and express your thoughts and feelings. Through compassion, empathy and feedback, I aim to help you gain insights into your challenges and foster personal growth and change.
- Person-centered therapy takes a holistic approach to mental health, considering your emotional, psychological, physical, and social wellbeing. By addressing the root causes of your struggles, I support you in developing self-awareness and coping mechanisms.
- I have a first class honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and am an accredited member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), working within their ethical framework. I hold a current enhanced DBS disclosure and have full insurance to practice.
- I am also qualified in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), a type of therapy that helps people to understand how thoughts affect emotions and behaviours, specially adapted for people who experience emotions very intensely. DBT focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and their behaviours, as well as helping them learn to change their lives, including their unhelpful behaviours. DBT is especially effective for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions in general, but especially those who are neurodiverse.

Person-Centred Therapy is a counselling approach that puts you at the heart of the process, giving you the space to explore your thoughts and feelings. The focus is on creating a safe, supportive relationship where you can find your own answers, build self-awareness, and grow at your own pace.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go or a block basis.

Purchasing a block of sessions entitles you to a discount of £5 per session. You can purchase blocks of 4, 6 or 10 sessions, which can be booked to suit your needs.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy

ADHD Coaching is support designed by someone who lives it too, offering a safe, non-judgemental space where your brain doesn’t need explaining.
With lived experience and practical tools, the sessions combine understanding, compassion and realistic strategies to help you feel better equipped to navigate ADHD.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go or a block basis.

Purchasing a block of sessions entitles you to a discount of £5 per session. You can purchase blocks of 4, 6 or 10 sessions, which can be booked to suit your needs.
A one-off, focused counselling session designed to give you clarity, perspective, and practical next steps without the commitment of ongoing weekly sessions.
It’s a flexible, solution-focused boost of support for moments of stress, decision-making, or when you feel stuck.
The session is 90 minutes long and charged at £150.
