Hi, welcome to my profile, I am a person centred counsellor working from my practise in Goudhurst, Kent both online and in person. I help clients by improving their wellbeing and supporting them through the therapy process. My goal is that we work together throughout any difficult situation or experiences that you may wish to address.
Talking therapy is a powerful and effective way of dealing with any situation that may have arisen in your life, enabling you to heal and move forward. I look forward to to hearing from you.
We all have stuff that sometimes overwhelm us, and you may need a little help with a professionally trained person to guide you through those challenges in life.
I hope we can work together to arrange a bespoke course of counselling which involves discussing reflecting and processing any negative thoughts, helping you to reduce anxiety, alleviate stress, supporting you through bereavement, loss, divorce, relationship issues or work related problems. Helping you to achieve a more positive outlook on life.

Online therapy
I use google meet or teams for online sessions, depending on your preference these sessions last for one hour, an invitation link is sent to you by email or text 15 minutes before we begin., Which you just click into to enter the session. These sessions can take place in an area at your work or home which is safe and confidential.Qualifications and registrations

Fees
Each session is £50 payable 24 hours in advance by direct transfer a course of three sessions is discounted if paid upfront.discount rates for NHS staff and students (On request at first consultation with presentation of relevant documents or blue light card )
