Qualifications and registrations
Sasha holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and Diploma in Supervision. She also holds Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Sasha is a Registered Member of British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and follows their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Sasha’s qualifications include specialised training in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Integrative Counselling, Couples Counselling, Theories of Loss and Grief, Alcohol and Drugs, Online and Telephone Counselling.
With years of experience, She has worked extensively with individuals and facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, panic, depression, addiction, relationship issues, loss and grief, abuse, couples issues, family issues, stress, obsessions, pregnancy and maternity issues, cultural and multicultural issues, low self esteem, and low self confidence, meaning of life, loneliness, work and money issues.
