Introduction

I work with clients who feel anxious, overwhelmed, low, or disconnected in themselves or their relationships (or all of the above). I work in a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where we take time to understand your emotional experience and the patterns that may be limiting your growthfulness. This therapeutic process allows for deeper insight, meaningful change and a renewed sense of connection with yourself and others. 

Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, or a stressful life event or maybe there are some difficult relationships in your life, I believe that you can grow, learn, adapt, recover and flourish.  Together we can create the healing conditions that can help you to reach your potential, whatever your age, there is always room for growth.

Lets start by meeting you where you are at. In this space there is no need to mask or pretend that everything is ok. You will be allowed to share exactly how you feel and what you think. You don't need to be alone, in the right therapeutic relationship, you will be able to connect with and express your true emotions. 

I am experienced at working with feelings of anxiety or depression, relationship issues, attachment struggles, PTSD, trauma, abuse and the adult pain of neglect during chidhood and also childhood sexual abuse. 

 I am non-pathologising, therefore I do not view distress as an illness or medical condition, but listen to your unique situation. During our therapy work you will become better able to connect with parts of yourself that may feel small, difficult, shamed or hard to reach. 

I am non-directive and I would like to support you in your quest for getting the best out of life through a compassionate and empowering therapeutic relationship. My therapy sessions offer a supportive, structured space where we slow things down so that we can understand what’s happening deep beneath the surface for you. I offer a calm supportive therapy where you can describe how people or other things in life have impacted you, working at a pace that feels right for you. I help you to understand and articulate why you feel the way that you do.  At its heart, this therapy is about helping you to connect  with and trust yourself.

Online therapy

I offer online therapy using Zoom, a secure video platform allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. 

Sessions are held in the same way as in-person therapy, offering a confidential, focused time to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. 

All that you require s a quiet private space and a stable internet connection. 

Many people find that working online in their own environment helps them feel more at ease and comfortable during sessions.

Relationship Difficulties 
Including recurring conflict, communication problems, emotional disconnection, feeling unheard or misunderstood in relationships. I also explore with you how early relationship experiences have shaped how you relate to others, including fear of rejection and abandonment withdrawal or difficulty trusting others with your vulnerability.

Anxiety and Emotional Overwhelm 
Helping you make sense of anxious thoughts, overthinking and intense emotions so thjat they feel more manageable and less controlling and life limiting. 

Low Mood and Loss of Confidence
Supporting you through felings of sadness, low self esteem, feeling stuck, helping you to reconnect with a stronger sense of self

Feeling Stuck or Disconnected
Whether thats feeling numb, lost or unsure of yourself, therapy can help you reconnect with your emotions and move forward with more clarity and purpose.  

Depression
We firstly work on understanding your expereince rather than trying to fix it. We gently explore what may lie beneath the feelings of heaviness, hopelessness and disconnection, and understand how your past and present may shape how you feel right now. 

Fees

The initial enquiry call is free of charge.

Thereafter sessions are £70 per 60 minutes, some clients prefer 90 Minutes and I can offer this for £130.
