As an integrative Psychotherapist, I take a flexible and holistic approach to therapy, combining techniques from various counselling models to best suit your individual needs. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.I support client's experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, confidence, and more, I am trauma informed and I will work alongside you to help foster understanding, resilience, and positive change.
