Hello, I'm Amar, I offer individuals and couples support.
I understand that seeking help can be difficult, which is why I strive to create a warm, accepting, and confidential environment for all my clients. My goal is to help you identify the root causes of your challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
More about my approach
I offer therapy using Psychotherapeutic, Integrative Counselling and CBT approaches. I use a wide range of clinical counselling techniques. I have helped countless individuals overcome a variety of mental health challenges, from relationship difficulties to anxiety, depression, anger management, and low self-esteem.
I am also certified and trained in Bereavement Counselling and Relationship Mediation with experience of working with individuals and couples. I bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge to every therapy session. I believe in taking a collaborative approach with my clients, working together to develop customised treatment plans that meet your unique needs and goals.
