I welcome individuals and couples for counselling in my practice. I have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, genders, ages and issues and I merge different therapeutic approaches in relation to your needs. I offer short and long-term counselling to support you with understanding your experience and explore the challenges you are facing. I offer sessions in both English and Italian.

Taking the decision to reach out and finding the right counsellor is a very important step in a person's life. I am passionate about giving people the supportive space they need to restore their equilibrium and explore what is important to them.

You can choose to have weekly meetings or as and when you need. Some people would need open ended sessions and for others a few meetings would be enough.
