Hello, I’m Cathy — and I’m really glad you found your way here.
I'm a qualified therapist in Milton Keynes offering a calm, confidential space to explore whatever’s on your mind. I draw on Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic and Hypnotherapy approaches to support you in making lasting, meaningful change.
Life has a way of piling up, doesn’t it? Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, low in confidence, or overwhelmed by something that’s hard to put into words. Perhaps you’re going through a loss, dealing with relationship challenges, or just feeling like you’ve lost your footing. Whatever’s going on, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to offer you a space that’s calm, supportive, and completely yours — a space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.
I work in a way that’s down-to-earth, warm, and tailored to what you need. No pressure, no judgment, just open conversations at your pace. I believe that with the right support, things can start to feel clearer. You can feel more in control, more like yourself again, and better able to cope with life’s ups and downs. Therapy with me is about finding what actually works for you, together.
We can meet face-to-face in Central Milton Keynes or work together online, whichever feels more comfortable. Online therapy
If coming to sessions in person doesn’t quite work for you, online therapy is a great alternative — simple, secure, and just as personal.
I use a platform called Whereby for online sessions. It’s completely secure, easy to use, and there’s no need to download anything. I’ll send you a link before our session — all you need to do is click it. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer, wherever you feel comfortable and have a bit of privacy.
Online therapy with me is just like being in the room together. We talk, explore what’s on your mind, and work through things at your pace. Many people actually find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own home, and it fits more easily into busy lives — no travel, no rushing, just time set aside for you.
If you’re not sure how it works or have any questions, I’m happy to walk you through it. I’ll make sure you feel totally at ease before we get started.
