Counselling Tring

Carrying stress, anger, worry or fear can have a great impact on our wellbeing both physically and mentally. I can help you work through these experiences, without any expectations or judgements.

I offer you a safe space to unravel the many thoughts that may be going around in your mind, and to talk about difficult feelings and experiences which are having an impact on your life.

The method I am trained in is called Person Centred therapy. It empowers you to take control over your own life choices and to work through your own individual circumstances and history. I believe everyone has their own unique potential to thrive in life. I am here to help you work through whatever obstacles may getting in the way of this.

During a session you can talk about whichever elements of your current or past experience that you wish to focus on, including concerns about future events.

Types of issues

I have worked with many different people experiencing a wide range of difficulties within their lives, including:

  • anxiety
  • bereavement and loss
  • (cyber) bullying
  • career decisions
  • depression
  • family problems

  • OCD
  • relationship problems
  • stress
  • weight gain
  • wedding stress

Whether you seek to overcome a certain issue, gain better self-understanding or change difficult behaviour, I can offer you the opportunity to take control of your own life, in your own way and on your own terms.

I am also experienced in providing counselling to young people from the age of 13.
