Integrative Counselling Watford
Hi there, I offer a safe and inclusive space to explore the challenges you’re facing and begin to make sense of them. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, helping you feel more supported and gradually regain a sense of control.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Balancing the demands of work, studies, family, and relationships can be challenging, and it’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to cope.
I support individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, family issues, domestic abuse, life transitions, anger management, bereavement, cultural issues, depression, women’s health concerns, neurodiversity, OCD, low self-esteem, and more.
Together, we work on strengthening your emotional resilience, managing stress with greater ease, and developing healthier, more fulfilling relationships through clearer and more effective communication. My aim is to help you restore balance, gain clarity and direction, and make choices that feel aligned with your true self.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. We move at a pace that feels right for you, making sense of where you are now and exploring a path forward that supports meaningful and lasting change.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and that healing begins through connection, feeling safe, understood, and truly seen. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to offering a warm, boundaried, and inclusive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. It’s a space where you can reconnect with your inner strength and move towards the life you want to live.
I also bring an awareness of cultural identity, family dynamics, and the unique challenges that can arise when navigating multiple cultural expectations. I understand how culture can shape our experiences, values, and relationships, and I offer a space where these aspects of your identity can be explored with sensitivity and respect.
Online therapy
Our first session is the beginning of our work together, so I continue to assess information gathering to get an overall bigger picture. We work at your own pace and build a partnership of trust as well as identifying any therapeutic goals.Online sessions are a highly effective and convenient way of undergoing counselling from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are usually at the same time and day every week which guarantees my availability to you. At the end of every appointment, we confirm the following session, and I email you the link to our online therapy room.
