After working for many years in a corporate industry, I chose to find a new path in counselling. I understand how difficult and stressful modern life can feel and the challenges in trying to find some space for self-care.

I have seen the positive impact that counselling and talking therapy can have. The simple but powerful experience of being heard and allowing time to process your thoughts, feelings and behaviours can give people clarity and allow room for positive change.

I believe you are the expert on yourself and work from a basis of person-centred therapy, integrating Attachment theory and Transactional Analysis where appropriate. I offer a safe, empathetic space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
