I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with experience working with individuals of all ages above 18 as well as with couples.

I’m an experienced Mental Health Practitioner and EMDR Therapist for NHS Talking Therapies, and also offer private sessions. I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years providing a wide range of social, emotional and psychological interventions.
EMDR is a specialised therapy that can effectively enable recovery from emotional problems, anxiety, depression and trauma. I also use the Flash Technique, which is a gentle approach that can rapidly reduce distress without having to talk through painful experiences

Our team consists of trainee and Qualified Counsellor's offering an affordable face-face therapy service. We support clients who are experiencing a range of issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement & relationship issues among other issues. All clients referring themselves to our services are offered a free 30 minute initial assessment call.
