I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with BACP membership and with experience working with individuals of all ages above 18, as well as with couples. I work online and from premises between Leeds and Bradford in Drighlington.Therapy can offer the opportunity to explore issues that may be affecting our day to day life.
In a safe and non- judgemental space we can unpack challenges which may be linked to past patterns of behaviour and ways of being.
You may have a certain problem you wish to look at or a more general feeling you need a space to talk.

Fees
I charge £50 per 50 minute session for individual counselling.I charge £55 for a 50 minute session for couples counselling.
