Hello, I'm Jen and I offer person-centred counselling sessions in person and online to clients. Deciding to see a counsellor can be daunting and it's so important you feel you are with the right counsellor for you. That is why I offer a free telephone call prior to any commitment for us to work together. This is your time to talk about what you would like to gain from counselling and to decide if and how we can work together to help you achieve this.

The therapy I work with is called person-centred therapy. It is client led which means we only talk about what you wish to bring to each session and we work together at your own pace. I am experienced in working with clients on a wide range of issues.

We can feel lost for so many reasons, loss of a loved one, breakdown of a long term relationship, loss of a job life role change such as having a baby or children flying the nest, menopause loss of health, traumatic life event where we feel we can never be the same again. Equally for no reason, on paper maybe you have it all, but….. is it what you want?
