My counselling and holistic wellness practice is based in Rainhill Village, serving Liverpool, St Helens and the surrounding areas. It's within a minutes walk from the rail station which serves Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. It's served by a direct bus from Liverpool, Widnes and Runcorn. If you are driving, there is free on-site parking.

I offer counselling with a humanistic approach to therapy and like to work with the whole person and can integrate CBT(Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and other interventions in the sessions if I think it will be beneficial to you. I also offer Mindfulness. I also work with trauma, past or present.
