I am a counsellor specialising bereavement, grief and loss. I offer in-person sessions, based in Ilford, Essex, and also work with clients online. My therapy dog, Luna, is also on hand to accompany me to sessions if you feel you would benefit from the calming and grounding presence that dogs can bring to a therapy environment.

My foundation and grounding is in Person-Centred therapy, this is an non-directive approach and from time to time I use elements of other approaches where appropriate. Meaning you are the focus of our sessions, moving at a pace that is comfortable for you. I will incorporate different tools and techniques tailored to your needs.
