Hello I'm Naomi and I’m an accredited therapist in the Gottman Couples Method and a Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner. But more importantly, I am deeply committed to unlocking the potential inside you and within your relationships. I work in a research-informed and empathetic way to understand your unique couple story and provide a safe space for you both to grow and change. I am compassionate and gentle but also direct when it's needed.

Based in West Sussex and currently working remotely with clients all over the UK, I am a qualified, proudly Relate-trained Relationship Counsellor with over fifteen years' experience in clinical practice with individuals and couples. Working with people who seek to improve the health of their relationships is truly what I love to do.

The way I view therapy is that it is a means to get back on your feet and get on with the business of life. A crisis can be just the catalyst needed for you to act and transform the way you live, and the best time to act is now.
