My name is Lindani, I am a Humanistic Person-centred counsellor with over 20 years of working in social care. I have experience in blended work.

I am qualified to work with adults over 18. My approach is person-centred and I also draw from other modalities such as solution-focused therapy, gestalt and CBT. However I am mainly grounded in a humanistic person-centred approach.

I have experience of working with issues such as abuse, anxiety, attachment issues, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, low confidence, phobias, sexual abuse and trauma.

My approach is non-judgemental and client lead. I am here to walk besides you in this journey through all the challenges in a safe and confidential way.

I do online counselling via Zoom and Telephone.

Qualifications and registrations

I have Dip. Level 5 in Humanistic Person-Centred Therapy (and currently working towards my BA(Hons) degree in person-centred approach).

I have a diploma level in CBT, Counselling Level 2 & 3 in counselling foundation.

I am a individual registered member of BACP and BAATN, working towards my CoP and accreditation with just over 200hrs of client contact.
