How I Can Support You
I hold a First-Class Honours B.A. in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, along with advanced certifications in Yoga and Somatic Bodywork. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, integrative psychotherapy and enriched by somatic practices that support healing at both the emotional and physical level.
While talking therapy forms the foundation of my work, I may also incorporate tools such as mindfulness, therapeutic yoga, compassion-based exercises, and breathwork—always tailored to your needs and preferences. This whole-person approach aims to foster long-lasting, meaningful change.
