I offer help with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement/loss, anger, stress, suicidal thoughts /self-harm, relationships etc. Whether your concern is past, present or future. I am here to support you to a better place than you may feel right now.

I offer a warm, steady space for women and adults who feel overwhelmed, unsafe, or unsure of themselves.
