I am a Gestalt counsellor providing face to face and online counselling, for adults and young people (age 16+).
You will find me to be warm, welcoming and friendly and I will offer you a safe, confidential, supportive space to come and be heard, without judgement.

Accredited BACP Integrative Counsellor. Modalities include CBT, Narrative, Schema, Systemic, TA, Client-Centred. I work with individuals. Key issue I counsel people about are anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, family and relationship issues, stress, panic attacks and many more things.

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or lost? Whatever you are experiencing I believe it takes a lot of courage to look within yourself and begin a process of self-discovery and healing. Developing a deeper understanding of your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions can be challenging or difficult at times but I am committed to supporting you in doing this.

Based in West Sussex and currently working remotely with clients all over the UK, I am a qualified, proudly Relate-trained Relationship Counsellor with twenty years' experience in clinical practice with individuals and couples. Working with people who seek to improve the health of their relationships is truly what I love to do.

Navigating through life's challenges can be difficult. At times our relationship with self or others can feel tricky. You may feel unheard, unsupported or disconnected . No matter how uncertain life may seem, you don't need to go through it alone.

I am passionate about offering a space for support with grief, bereavement, a terminal diagnosis, trauma and the impact of suicide.
I also have a special interest in all areas of the perinatal journey from conception, fertility treatment, to birth and then parenting for men, women and same sex/ non-binary partners, supporting the impact on relationships.
I also have experience in helping parents and families with baby and child loss, whether sudden or expected to happen, and the emotions and processes involved.

My work ensures that sabotaging behaviours do not get to run the show in your relationship. Unfortunately, you have been conditioned to keep creating disconnection and avoidance instead, without even realising it.
