Based in the heart of Grantham, just a few minutes walk from the town center I have a health and well-being center supporting families, individuals and couples both in person and via telephone and Skype service.

I offer compassionate Person-Centred therapy for couples and individuals. This means that our time is spent focusing on how your world is feeling for you and to offer you a safe and trusting relationship where you can begin to find a way forwards.

I am based in the centre of Newark and work online with people all over the UK. I offer weekly sessions,
I work with all kinds of life issues but my particular interest is bereavement.

I work integratively where I focus on the whole experiences of each person welcoming whatever comes up. Whatever it is we can work with it together.

I’m Lauren. I am a curious and open-minded counsellor and psychotherapist. I am also a book lover and tea drinker. But what I am most interested in is you, what has brought you here and how I might be able to help.

I am BACP Accredited which means that my practice has been deemed to meet the higher standards as a competent, ethical and independent therapist. I also hold a Masters in Psychology (BPS) and am licenced to practice with some psychometric applications. I work as a Psychotherapist with individuals and couples.

My interest in counselling began through first-hand experience of the positive change it can bring. That experience helped me recognise just how valuable and meaningful this work is, and inspired me to become part of the profession.

Today, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore whatever you may be facing. Whether you're navigating life's challenges, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a safe place to talk, counselling can be a powerful step forward.

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. In my private practice I work with both individuals and couples. At the heart of my work is the belief that our wellbeing is deeply connected to the experiences we have had with others as well as the quality of the relationships we hold - both with ourselves and with others. I am LGBTQ+, Neurodivergence affirming and sex positive therapist working inclusively with mindfulness of intersectionality.

Hi! I’m Emma and I’m a person-centred therapist who works exclusively online. I have found my niche is working with trauma, often working with individuals who are neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ due to my own ADHD diagnosis and non-binary identity, however I have experience working with a wide range of clients.

My current availability is Wednesdays 9am- 5pm, however I have a lot more availability to book consultations so do not hesitate to get in touch!
