Vicki | Integrative Psychotherapist

Introduction

Does your world feel disconnected or overwhelming? Are you feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, or unseen? Perhaps you find yourself changing who you are to meet others' expectations or feel like something is missing in your life. If this resonates with you, you don’t have to face it alone.

In our work together, I will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself so you can feel more at ease and confident. We’ll also explore how to build and nurture meaningful, authentic relationships. By addressing the parts of you that feel fragmented or disconnected, you’ll restore balance and find greater harmony. Whether you feel isolated, stuck, or uncertain in your relationships, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. This process will help you connect more deeply with yourself and transform your relationships for greater fulfilment.

I’ve worked with many individuals like you who need patience, understanding, and a space to talk openly about what’s on their mind. I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for support. That’s okay - it’s a big step, and I’ll make the process as comfortable as possible. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the process.

Contact me to arrange a free 15-minute introductory call. We’ll discuss your needs, and you can ask any questions. From there, we can schedule our first full session and talk more about how we can work together.

I look forward to getting to know you.
