Hi, I’m Lizi, I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor in Derby, offering a tailored approach that respects your unique experiences, history, and aspirations. I explore how past experiences influence the present, using a compassionate, evidence-based approach to foster understanding, self-compassion, and change. My promise is to provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, be vulnerable and work at your own pace.

Hi, I am Buthiana, i support adults and teens who feel unheard, overwhelmed, or unsure how to express what they are going through.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of who you are?
Living with trauma, emotional intensity, or the challenges of neurodivergence can leave you feeling lost, ashamed, or disconnected. You may be struggling with relationships, self-worth, or the weight of a late ADHD diagnosis, and wondering how to make sense of it all.
I’m Sharlene, a humanistic and trauma-informed therapist. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without judgement.

Hi, I’m Vanessa. I offer a nurturing, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I regularly work with Childhood Unmet Needs, Trauma, ADHD, OCD, Dating Patterns, Relationships, and Parenting, but I’m here, no matter what you’re facing.
Reaching out for support can feel really daunting, and I deeply understand that. From my own past experience, I know how powerful it is to sit with someone who listens with warmth, without judgement or pressure, and helps you make sense of what you’re going through.

Hi I’m Ali, I think of myself as a relationship counsellor because I help individuals who struggle in their relationship with themselves (and often others) and couples who have found that tension and conflict are eroding their connection with each other.

"Richards caring and insightful support each week helped me to cope with a very stressful and anxious period over several months and identify underlying patterns that were holding me back"

This is the hard part, finding the right therapist for you. Take your time, build the courage to reach out, this is an investment which could change your life. I hold a deep faith in people and in our ability to grow through connection and understanding. In our work together, my aim is to offer a space where you can bring your whole self, your questions, your pain, your hopes, without judgment.

Life can be hard right? Ever feel like your struggling to cope with the day to day, like you don't feel like yourself, or that you're not getting what you want from your life.

Online counsellors and therapists

Hello, My name's Tom, I am a qualified counsellor. I offer therapy sessions face to face near Hastings, via Zoom or Skype, or by phone.
I have helped people with difficulties including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationship issues, addictions, bereavement, or just feeling unhappy and lost and not sure what to do next.

I offer online therapy via Zoom, WhatsApp or by using the telephone. This can be for either short-term or long-term work. Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment, without the need to travel.

Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.

I'm Lorraine BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor. All enquiries are warmly received, let's see if we are a good match to work together. Some daytime concessions available starting at £35 for online sessions or £50 for in-person currently on Tuesday and Friday.

Hello, I'm Anna, and I am passionate about helping people live their lives to their full potential. I offer a caring and professional service 'online', via Zoom'.
I have many years experience working with both couples and individuals, and I also offer Single Session Therapy.

I’m an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist working exclusively online. Perhaps you’ve heard of IFS and are curious to give it a try—why not get in touch? If you’re unfamiliar with IFS, that’s okay too. Feel free to browse my page and see if it resonates with you.
