My name is Rachel, I am a person-cented counsellor based in St Helens. I offer emotional support either face to face or over the telephone


At some point in our lives we can find ourselves struggling, whether that with home, work, relationships or medical reasons. Depression, anxiety, work related stress, bereavement, trauma (PTSD), addictions and infertility are just a few issues that we can find ourselves dealing with. 


I regard myself as a friendly, approachable, empathetic person-centred counsellor who offers confidential and non-judgemental support.


I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Infertility / Miscarriage

Suffering with infertility / suffering a miscarriage can be emotionally demanding on both partners. It can leave you feeling isolated and confused. I can help you come to terms with feelings such a guilt, grief and helplessness.




Anxiety and Depression

Anxiety, fear and depression are some of the most uncomfortable and common emotions that you might experience at some point in your life. Through counselling I can help you find your way back to yourself.
