Hello, my name is Harvey. I am a therapist working in Cheltenham, Birmingham and online. I work from an integrative perspective and have experience working with a wide range of challenges that people face. I currently work in private practice, having previously worked in the NHS and for a number of charitable organisations.

I have worked in the Southwest for 15 years as a Counsellor specialising in Addiction, Relationships and Anxiety. I am a professional qualified person centred counsellor. I trained as a mental health nurse 30 years ago. I now work as a professional qualified counsellor in my private practice. I am passionate, caring , empathic to life crisis and I can support you to have a better life. I am non judgemental and you can speak in confidence to me. I have many resources to support you to make the changes that you want to achieve.

The Therapeutical Approach I am working with is person-centred which means I am looking at the person as a whole and not the problem. It is client led, you have the autonomy to decide what it is that you want and need to talk about at your own pace. I have experience with a lot of issues such as Anxiety, lack of self-esteem and confidence, loss and depression, Neurodiversity - just to mention a few.
