Counselling Stroud

My name is Robyn. I offer Counselling and longer term Psychotherapy for individuals and couples from my private practice in Stroud, Gloucestershire. I offer you a safe, warm and confidential space where we can explore and talk about what is disturbing you.

I work using an Integrative model which means I integrate a number of approaches. I have many years experience having worked in private practice, prisons, CAMHS (NHS) and youth services with complex mental health needs. I am fully insured and a regulated member of the BACP.

Individual counselling is helpful with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, low self-esteem and relationship issues. In couple therapy we can work together on changes that the couple are navigating such as bereavement, birth, change of house, redundancy, etc, as well as issues such as communication breakdown, affairs, intimacy. 

My practice is based in Stroud, within easy reach of Slad, Painswick, Ebley, Brimscombe and surrounding areas.
