Hello, I'm Lisa and I am a qualified Counsellor with a level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I became a Counsellor as I've always been interested in listening to people and training to be a Counsellor felt like a natural extension of that interest in people.

Hi, I'm Kayleigh and I'm a fully qualified, trauma-informed therapist. I specialise in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, problems with sleep, social detachment, stress and more.
I also work with couples who may be experiencing issues within their relationship.
