Welcome. I'm a higher accredited practitioner offering talk therapy in Ayr, South Ayrshire, and remotely. Private therapy sessions allow us to speak together about whatever matters to you most, without everyday expectations and assumptions getting in the way.

My name is Alexia. I work with an open heart & mind to meet each individual's needs. I specialise in working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, sleep issues & obsessive compulsive issues as well as working with youth, parenting issues, mother & baby bonding and relationship issues.

I currently only offer online counselling session.

I am a qualified, registered and experienced Counsellor & Psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) & Children and Young People & Families Division (CYPF). Professional credibility and integrity are essential pre-requisites to my work. I work with adults, children and young people and specialise in trauma. To safeguard my service and clients I have monthly clinical supervision. In recent years I have been working for the Child Adolescent & Mental Health Service.

Therapeutic life coaching brings clarity to our thinking, balance and harmony to our emotional life and strength to our will so that we can achieve our goals in life...in our personal lives, our relationships, our work, career, and family lives.

I am an accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with over 20 years experience. By listening with empathy and without judgement I can help you get a perspective on your life: perhaps to cry, laugh or rage about it, but eventually to feel stronger and more able to move forward in a positive direction.

very direct and hands-on and I use proven methods to assist, teach and help individuals. I offer face to face sessions as well as online / remote sessions.

My name is Joyce. I offer both short and long term counselling to individuals and couples and young people over the age of 15. My work is bound by the Ethical Framework and Practice of BACP.

During the current COVID situation I am only counselling and supervising either online by Zoom, or on the telephone.
