I’m an experienced Mental Health Practitioner and EMDR Therapist for NHS Talking Therapies, and also offer private sessions. I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years providing a wide range of social, emotional and psychological interventions.
EMDR is a specialised therapy that can effectively enable recovery from emotional problems, anxiety, depression and trauma. I also use the Flash Technique, which is a gentle approach that can rapidly reduce distress without having to talk through painful experiences
