Therapy for individuals and couples, with a focus on strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem, communication, developing healthy and positive habits and behaviours, while addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, surviving abuse, addictive behaviours, self harm, relationship issues, loss and grief.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients of different ages, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs. I use an integrative approach, supporting you on your journey to healing and mind-body-spirit wellbeing. Inspiring my clients to be all that they are capable of being, providing strategies to live fully and helping them accomplish their life goals, is the most rewarding part of my work.

--- Online only therapy ---
I am an experienced integrative therapist, specialising in relational therapy. I work extensively with issues relating to attachment, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic illness and chronic pain. Most people engage in therapy because they are ready for change. Relational therapy can support you in learning about the relationships in your life, making sense of experiences and processing thoughts and feelings.

You deserve support that celebrates who you are, not one that tries to “fix” you. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, which means we work together to understand your unique ways of thinking, feeling, and connecting with the world. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, sensory differences, or simply identifying as neurodivergent in your own way, this is a space where you can unmask, be heard, and build strategies that genuinely fit your life.

Therapeutic coaching and counselling brings clarity to our thinking, balance and harmony to our emotional life and strength to our will so that we can achieve our goals in life...in our personal lives, our relationships, our work, career, and family lives.

Welcome - My name is Charlotte, I work from cosy therapy rooms in central Bristol. I work with clients that are struggling with anxiety and/or Neurodivergence.

You might look like you’re coping, but inside feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I offer warm, relational counselling online and in Bristol for anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, and relationship struggles. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and support you to feel more grounded, clear, and genuinely yourself again.
