I use an integrative approach, supporting you on your journey to healing and mind-body-spirit wellbeing. Inspiring my clients to be all that they are capable of being, providing strategies to live fully and helping them accomplish their life goals, is the most rewarding part of my work.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist providing face to face, online and telephone therapy, using an integrative approach. This means I use a variety of approaches including: person-centred; transactional analysis; psychodynamic; gestalt and; cognitive behavioural therapies. I am also a trained drama therapist; we are able to use creative media to explore your difficulties if that interests you.
My therapy room is based in Eggborough, South of Selby in North Yorkshire.

Working with me will help you think, see and feel differently. I have a masters in Integrative Art Psychotherapy which means that as well as psychotherapy training, I am also qualified to integrate creative tools to help explore and work through emotional difficulties.
At my core I am kind, thoughtful and curious, which I combine with a straight-talking, direct approach.
Southend-On-Sea
I am a registered Psychotherapist working with clients in Southend, nearby parts of Essex and in Central London. I have over ten years of experience as a psychotherapist (since 2010) and over twenty years of experience working in mental health care settings.
Telephone and online sessions (via video - using Zoom, Skype, whatsapp etc) are available. Individual and Couples therapy offered.
Online counselling and online therapy
I offer online therapy via Zoom, WhatsApp or by using the telephone. This can be for either short-term or long-term work. Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment, without the need to travel.
I am a Chartered Principal Clinical Psychologist working with adults, couples as well as offering supervision. I am currently working mostly online, with a few appointments available in person in NW London (NW3).
