I am a qualified and accredited counsellor working in private practice. I work with a strong focus on person-centred, trauma informed and ethically boundary work. I am very empathetic, calm and have a gentle approach. Helping others to feel comfortable to open up during a counselling session with a non judgemental and professional approach.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, Accredited CBT Therapist and EMDR Practitioner so I can tailor therapy to best meet your needs. I also have extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and trainer.
My area of expertise is in Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Complex PTSD as well as Neurodivergence. Therefore, my ideal clients are those who experience Eating Disorders, in particular Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID as well as Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa; clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
