Gareth | Psychotherapist, Coach, Counsellor

Counselling and Psychotherapy Sudbury

Are you feeling overwhelmed with life's challenges?

I am is here to help you feel better about yourself and your life. I provide face-to-face and online/telephone counselling sessions to individual adults, offering a calm and safe space where you can explore your feelings without judgment.

As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist/counsellor, I provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about anything that is troubling you. Whether it's a current situation or something that happened in the past, my non-judgemental approach ensures that you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of being criticized. If you're looking for a supportive and understanding ear, I'm here to help.

Making the decision to see a counsellor can be daunting, but I aim to provide you with enough information to help you decide if therapy is the right choice for you. With my support, you can work through any difficulties you may be experiencing and make decisions that feel right for you.

Together, we can look at your life experiences and how they may have shaped the person you are today. I can help you access and process difficult emotions and experiences, while developing self-compassion and letting go of feelings of self-blame and low self-esteem.

Take a step forward and let me be there for you.

Online therapy

I use Teams or ZOOM for online therapy, you'll be sent a link and don't need to download and install anything on your device. I can also offer telephone sessions.
