I work with adults and young people, aged 16 and above, with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, adult and childhood trauma, stress, burnout, loss, identity, low self-esteem, and more. I also had a previous career in international management roles in large corporations and my understanding of demands and expectations in terms of work/life balance is extensive. I am multilingual (English, French & Portuguese) and this multicultural background has enriched my life and my therapeutic practice
