I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist working from my own therapy room in Basingstoke, Hants. I am experienced in counselling adults and young people with a range of challenges including: anxiety, panic & phobias, addiction, anger management, bereavement and loss, depression, depression, low self-esteem & confidence issues, stress and relationship issues.

My name is Sylwia and I am a Certified Hypnotherapist | Rapid Transformational Therapist registered with the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP). Hypnotherapy is a life passion of mine and I am humbled and privileged to be working in this space. Helping people in need with this fast and effective method is hugely rewarding, as it helps people overcome limiting beliefs and problems that prevent them from moving forward.

Hello I'm Naomi and I’m an accredited therapist in the Gottman Couples Method and a Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner. But more importantly, I am deeply committed to unlocking the potential inside you and within your relationships. I work in a research-informed and empathetic way to understand your unique couple story and provide a safe space for you both to grow and change. I am compassionate and gentle but also direct when it's needed.
