Online Hypnotherapy

My name is Susie, a qualified hypnotherapist. I work with people of all walks of life to help them overcome issues and make positive lasting changes in their lives.

You may feel anxious about something specific like an upcoming exam, or simply feel stuck in life and need some support moving forward or achieving a better balance. You might be experiencing high levels of stress or panic, confidence issues, or you may need support overcoming a fear or phobia of some kind. Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that works on a deeper subconscious level, enabling you to make genuine comprehensive and lasting change.

Many people assume that hypnotherapy can only work when the practitioner is in the same room as the client, but this is simply not true. I routinely deliver hypnotherapy over Zoom, WhatsApp or Teams, and the feedback is always extremely positive. Working online from the comfort of one’s own home further allows clients to feel more relaxed and enjoy greater privacy. This added comfort makes it easier to enter a relaxed and receptive state of mind, needed for effective hypnotherapy to take place. Being able to work in this way also allows us to be more flexible with timings and means you don’t have to worry about the cost and stress of travelling to my practice.

Even if you are just curious about hypnotherapy, you will be amazed by the inner shift brought about by this treatment, with me guiding you every step of the way in a relaxed, peaceful environment. Sessions are confidential and available online and in person from my office in Highworth, Wiltshire. FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

It is quite normal to feel anxious in seeking help and you are free to get in touch before deciding to book your first session of hypnotherapy. This is your chance to ask me any questions and see if we’re the right fit for each other. I will then send you an initial consultation form, which allows me to understand your current situation, for us to establish expectations and what you want to get out of hypnotherapy – meaning I can personalise treatment closely to your needs. Everyone is different, so taking this time to learn about you is a fundamental part of delivering the best possible form of solution-focused hypnotherapy.

FIRST SESSION

Our first session will be about isolating the particular issue you want to work on, understanding its role in your life, so we can determine what you need to move beyond this problem. Hypnotherapy is a targeted form of treatment, so usually clients only need around six sessions to work through the issue. If you are working on something specific, like stopping smoking, it may be that you only need one or two sessions. Every individual is different, so we always work in accordance with your particular situation.

Fees

The Initial Consultation to discuss suitability is free.

Hypnotherapy sessions generally last 50 minutes and cost £60 online and £70 in person at one of our treatment rooms. You can also book a block of six sessions online for £330.
