Introduction

I offer compassionate, integrative counselling that supports your emotional wellbeing and honours the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

 

I provide a confidential, supportive space to explore anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, relationship challenges, the impact of past experiences, or life transitions. My approach is gentle, client-centred, and paced according to your needs.

I work with the understanding that emotional experiences are not held only in the mind, but are also reflected in the body and shaped by lived experience over time. Sessions support you to feel heard, steadier, and more connected to yourself.

 

You don’t need to have a clear problem to begin. Sometimes it’s simply a sense that something isn’t quite right.

  • Session length is approximately 50 mins to 75 mins depending on each unique individual and the session.

  • Online, or in-person sessions near Bridport

  • Online sessions use Google Meet, you will be sent a link 24 hours before the appointment.

I offer holistic counselling for individuals experiencing emotional overwhelm, burnout and anxiety. This may be due to navigating life transitions, workplace stress, hyper-sensitivity, or difficulties managing physical and emotional tension.

My approach is gentle, somatic, and integrative, supporting the mind, body, emotions, and energy.


I work with nervous system regulation, body awareness, and somatic practices to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

Sessions promote self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a stronger relationship with your own needs and wellbeing.

While the number of sessions varies depending on individual needs, I offer discounted packages for 6  sessions to support continuity and deeper work. Each session is tailored to what emerges, ensuring space for healing, reflection, and lasting change.

Sessions are £65 and usually last 50–75 minutes. Each session is guided by your needs and what arises, ensuring you have the time and support you require.
