Person Centred & Existentialism are the Therapy approaches I use in my work. I started working as a private psychotherapist in 2017.

Unfortunately there are not enough BAME therapists, so I focused in this aspect of therapy. I understand and empathise with you if you are a first, second generation that I had to move, because of study or career.

I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited and AXA Health approved Counsellor.
