Hi, I'm Alison, a trained Transactional Analysis psychotherapist and Imago Relationship Therapist. I welcome both individuals and couples for counselling in my practice in Formby near Liverpool in the UK.

Hi,
I work closely with my clients to explore and understand the areas of concern within their daily life, whether this is held somatically out of awareness, psychologically or with in the environment that they live in and/or engage with. By working in this I aim to support them to gain the tools that they need to process the area of concern and therefore work towards becoming free of it or to be able to managed it so that they can live their life in the way that they want.

I'm a warm and creative counsellor and work by making a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore uncomfortable, painful or traumatic experiences. I am experienced working with a wide range of issues, but have a particular interest and experience with people who are living with eating disorders and the effects of trauma.

My passion is helping people overcome their issues so they can LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES! I do this by helping people to understand and embrace their AUTHENTIC SELF, get in control of their MENTAL HEALTH and learn how to FLOW.
I currently only work online using Zoom, offering Online Therapy and Life Coaching.

In my practice, you’ll find a confidential, welcoming space where you can freely explore emotions and issues that are troubling you. My goal is to build a trusting, open relationship with you where you can feel supported and understood.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to break?
I'm Jo an experienced counsellor with over 20 years supporting people in Liverpool through anxiety, emotional stress, relationship difficulties, and life challenges. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what's going on for you - without judgement.
Many of the people I work with feel:
Constantly anxious or overthinking.
Emotionally drained or burnt out.
Stuck in unhelpful patterns

Whatever thoughts, feelings or emotions have brought you here today, I want you to know there is help, there is hope and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
Qualified Counsellor, experienced in delivering online or telephone counselling and also in-person face to face counselling in St Helens, Merseyside, a registered member of the BACP working with adults over the age of 18.
I’m a friendly and approachable counsellor, and I’ll provide a comfortable and welcoming space for you. No inner struggle is insignificant, every one is unique and we all deserve the space to feel heard in a respectful and non judgemental environment.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
You can arrive overwhelmed, stuck in your own head, or going through the same patterns again and again.
The work is simple: understand what’s going on, get clear, and start moving forward.
I offer direct, structured counselling for individuals, with couples work available.

Life is never guaranteed to be pain free, and we all face difficult challenges from time to time. As a relational therapist, I am here to support you through them as we work together towards real and positive change in your life.
I am experienced in working with people of varied ages. This experience has taught me that no two people are the same - each of us has a unique story that has been shaped by our own past experiences and relationships.
This understanding forms the basis of my approach to the therapy process.

I'm a person-centred counsellor with experience working with adults aged 18 and above. My passion is creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. I believe in your ability to find your own path to healing, and I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and authenticity.

Hi I'm Katie. I’m an experienced integrative psychotherapist, who works with adults and young people. I specialise in working with trauma and anxiety, along with extensive experience of working with clients with ADHD.
I offer one to one therapy sessions from my therapy room on the Wirral , as well as providing online and telephone sessions, dependent on my clients needs . My work focuses on increasing emotional regulation, addressing trauma-related and anxiety based symptoms.

My counselling approach is person-centred and Pluralistic. Person-centred means you can expect to be treated non-judgementally; empathically and compassionately, me walking beside you through whatever you wish to bring to our sessions; and me being my genuine 'self' in the counselling relationship. Pluralistic means I use a variety of counselling strategies, in collaboration with you, to best address what you are looking for help with.

Online Therapists and counsellors for grief counselling

Hello, I’m Anna, your (online) therapist based in Hull, England. Since 2004, I’ve been focused on helping adults and children embrace life's challenges and cultivate a brighter future in a supportive and uplifting environment.
I specialise in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, relationship enhancement, and life transitions. My goal is to empower you to discover your strengths and possibly make positive, lasting changes that can bring joy and fulfillment into your life.

I offer online therapy via Zoom, WhatsApp or by using the telephone. This can be for either short-term or long-term work. Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment, without the need to travel.

Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.

My name is Elinor and I am a Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist & Divorce Coach. I support couples and individuals with relationship or sexual difficulties, or through divorce's challenges.
We specialise in helping:
- couples who want to communicate better
- support after affairs
- individual clients recovering from divorce/break ups
- couples looking to reconnect get their spark back
Our work is tailored to you, resulting in a personalised, professional and effective therapeutic experience

I'm Lorraine BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor. All enquiries are warmly received, let's see if we are a good match to work together. Some daytime concessions available starting at £35 for online sessions or £50 for in-person currently on Tuesday and Friday.
