Fabiola | Counsellor and Psychotherapist MBACP (Accred)

Counselling and Psychotherapy Weybridge

You may be someone others rely on, capable, responsible and driven to do your best. Yet inside you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly questioning yourself.

Perhaps your mind rarely switches off. You overthink decisions, feel pressure to meet high standards, or struggle with a critical inner voice that never seems satisfied.

Many people arrive here wondering:

Will I always feel this anxious?
Why do I freeze when I need to make decisions?
How can I cope better without burning out?

Therapy can help you understand what is happening beneath the surface and support you in finding a calmer, more sustainable way of living and working.

About me

I'm an Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Career Coach. I have nearly 10 years experience working with individuals going through transitions, career changes and significant life events.

I have vast experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals in demanding or caring roles, students under significant pressure and individuals navigating challenges related to neurodivergence.

I work with people who may be experiencing:

• anxiety and chronic overthinking
• burnout and emotional exhaustion
• perfectionism and high self-expectations
• low self-esteem or persistent self-doubt
• decision paralysis or feeling stuck
• pressure within demanding careers
• returning to work after time away
• challenges related to neurodivergence

Many of my clients are professionals in caring careers, including nurses, doctors, healthcare workers and therapists. Others are students navigating intense academic pressure, parents balancing work and family life, or thoughtful individuals who have spent years supporting others while quietly struggling themselves.

They are often highly capable people who simply need a space where they can be supported too.

Next steps

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with can feel overwhelming, and to make that process a bit easier, I offer a free 15-minute telephone or video call via Zoom or Google Meet. This way, you can get a sense of what it's like to talk to me and ask any questions you may have.

If you decide to book a first session after our call, I'll email you our agreement. This document will outline important information, including our responsibilities to each other, as well as payment and cancellation details.

If you prefer, you can message me to set up an initial session. In your message, please let me know what brings you to seek counselling and what you hope to achieve. I'll respond to you within 24 hours.

I offer both open-ended and time-limited counselling, depending on your needs. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I look forward to working with you.

Online therapy

I currently offer online sessions via Zoom and Google Meet, both secure and confidential communication platforms.

Online counselling is a great option for many reasons, you can have your sessions from the comfort of your home so there's need to worry about commuting or fitting appointments into a tight schedule.

Once we have agreed to work together, I will send you a reocurring link which you can access at the time and day we agree to meet every week.
