I offer a safe, professional and confidential counselling/psychotherapy service where we can look at the difficulties you are experiencing in a safe, supportive environment. My training is integrative in theoretical terms and our work always reflects your individual needs. I work with individuals or couples and offer clinical supervision to both qualified and trainee counsellors.
Offering sessions face to face at my room in Bricket Wood AL2, or online using Zoom/skype/WhatsApp video etc allows me to be flexible to your needs

Feeling heard and understood has always been deeply important to me, and my own life experiences have shaped my path to becoming a counsellor. With over a decade of experience as an Integrative Counsellor, I am also a qualified Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD) Practitioner. I believe therapy should be tailored to you as an individual — taking into account your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

You can expect dynamic & creative support from my practice, working directly with a qualified therapist to support you in understanding what is emerging for you. Expect engagement, listening and active involvement with past, present and future whilst holding you at the centre of everything we do.

Therapy involves noticing and sometimes challenging the ways we think about ourselves, our past and the situations we find ourselves in. Over time this awareness can empower us to be true to ourselves and be more resilient. Working with a therapist provides a trusting and supportive space to focus on what’s going on for you.
